Reads an RFQ from a marketplace or your inbox. Checks your stock, your condition codes and your past quotes. Writes a draft with its reasons next to it. You edit, you send.

Paperwork, checked against the order

Reads the 8130-3, Form 1 or CoC and lists what doesn’t match the PO or the part record. A person decides if it’s acceptable.

III · Records

Back-to-birth, with the gaps listed

Collects the documents for a trace pack, puts them in order and lists what’s missing. You chase the gaps and sign the pack.

IV · Systems

Beside your ERP, not instead of it

Starts from the export or inbox you already have. Your ERP stays the system of record.
